Taylor Swift had a heartwarming moment during her big win at the MTV VMAs, where she gave a sweet shout-out to her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce.
The singer accepted the Video of the Year award for “Fortnight” alongside Rodrigo Prieto, Post Malone, and Ethan Tobman during the Sept. 11 ceremony. While reflecting on the making of the music video, Taylor couldn’t help but mention Travis and his supportive presence.
A Sweet Memory of Travis Cheering Her On!
While talking about the video, which might seem a bit sad on the surface, Taylor shared how fun it actually was to make. She recalled a special moment during filming when Travis cheered her on.
“The thing is, this video seems very sad when you watch it, but it was like the most fun video to make. And something I’ll always remember is that when I’d finish a take and say ‘cut,’ there’d be someone cheering, ‘Wooo,’ from across the studio—and that person was my boyfriend, Travis.”
The crowd erupted in applause as Taylor continued to praise the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
“Everything this man touches turns to happiness, fun, and magic,” she said. “So, I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot because I’ll always remember it.”

During her speech, Taylor also gave a huge thanks to her loyal fans, known as Swifties, for supporting her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department”, and attending her blockbuster “Eras Tour.”
