Kalimpong College

In order to provide necessary encouragement and motivation to pursue higher education the government of west Bengal is providing Scholarships to meritorious and economically backward students studying at government as well as government aided colleges.

Previously the Scholarship applications were handled by the college office.  In the year 2022 the Scholarship matter was handed by the office to the official scholarship committee formed in the same year.Mr. Ajay Lama, Assistant Professor, Department of Nepali was declared the convenor and Mr. Niten Sharma, SACT, Department of mathematics was made the Nodal Officer.

Kalimpong college provides both Government scholarshipsuch as Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship, Aikyashree scholarship, OASIS scholarshipand Non- Government Scholarship such as Neha Thapa scholarship and Maya Devi Chettri scholarship.
